I have been practising yoga for over 27 years and am a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher.

No matter what other hobbies, or sporting interests I have been involved in at the time, yoga has always been my first and constant love, and has been a running theme weaving always thru the fabric of my life.

I have always found a great comfort and love of yoga and even more so when I visited India in the mid 80’s where I was exposed to great spirituality in the lifestyle of Prana, the lifeforce, the Breath.

I teach Hatha Yoga Pranala, which is a unique style of yoga where it combines the traditions of Hatha asanas incorporating the old ancient Balinese healing based on energy movement and containment of energy.  When you feel and understand this, the experience is one of profound connection throughout your body – an energetic stability that pervades our whole being.

Due to my extensive life of travelling the world and being exposed to many varied and colourful cultures, I am able to utilize and incorporate all my abilities, including my sporting, musical, modelling, acting and personal training background to offer a dynamic wholistic yoga practice – an experience unlike any other yoga class.
