What is Yoga Pranala?

Pra means first, Prana power, Nala is inner fire and Pranala circulation is energy flow.

Yoga Pranala is a powerful combination of vinyasa flow, mudra pranala (energy movement), pranayama (breathing), yoga nidra (relaxation) and meditation for self healing.

Thru the practice of yoga postures (asanas) combined with gentle breathing and movement, life-force is activated, stress patterns are released, and the nervous system, endocrine system and glands are stimulated.

It will increase your awareness of the energy flowing in your body, allowing you to connect to the energies of mother earth and father sky (the universe) and unite these two poles to access your power which manifests inside your body as prana (life-force).
